Welcome to Event Print Co.! These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using this site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Quotes & Estimates

– All quotes are valid for **10 days** unless otherwise stated.
– Pricing may change based on updated specs, quantity, or materials.
– Custom requests or add-ons may affect pricing after the initial quote.

2. Orders & Approval

– All orders require written or digital approval (including artwork files and job specs).
– Production will **not begin** until you approve the final proof and confirm payment (or deposit, if applicable).
– It is your responsibility to double-check all design proofs for accuracy, including spelling, colors, layout, and sizing.

3. Turnaround Time

– Standard turnaround is **3–7 business days** after approval, depending on the product.
– Rush services may be available with an additional fee.
– Turnaround does **not** include shipping time.

4. Payment Terms

– We accept major credit cards and ACH payments.
– Orders require **full payment upfront**.

5. Shipping & Delivery

– We ship nationwide using trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
– Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays.
– Event Print Co. is **not responsible** for delivery delays due to carrier errors, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the client.

6. On-Site Setup Service

– Setup crew services are available upon request and are quoted separately.
– Setup fees include labor, travel, and time on-site.
– It is the client’s responsibility to ensure venue access and safety during setup.
– Cancellations less than 48 hours before setup may result in a partial or full service fee.

7. Artwork & File Requirements

– Files should be submitted in **print-ready formats** (PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution JPG/PNG).
– We are not liable for low-quality output from poor file submissions.
– Design assistance is available at an additional fee.

8. Returns & Refunds

– Due to the custom nature of printed materials, **all sales are final**.
– We only offer reprints or partial refunds in the event of production errors directly caused by Event Print Co.
– Claims must be submitted within **3 business days** of delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

– All designs, artwork, and trademarks submitted by you remain your property.
– Event Print Co. reserves the right to showcase printed products in portfolios or marketing unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

– We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from errors, missed deadlines, or failed deliveries.
– Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.

11. Modifications

– Event Print Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
